90-Day High-Performance Application

*This program requires consistency, time commitment, and follow-through.
Applications are reviewed to ensure fit before any coaching call is scheduled.

  • On training days:

    • Strength: 45–55 min

    • Posture reset: 10 min

    • 6k Steps: 60 min

    On non-training days:

    • Posture reset: 10 min

    • 6k Steps: 60 min

    In weeks 3-8 step count should increase to minimum 8k per day.

    • This is an advanced commitment program

    • Clients should already be training or ready to train consistently

    • This is not a rehab or beginner friendly program

    • Membership is the better starting point for beginners

  • Membership:

    8-week Beginner Program: No equipment needed.

    8-week Intermediate Program: Access to gym equipment e.g dumbbells, bench. Full equipment list provided in coaching app.
